Mark Cadman and Clare Lewis are the founders and directors of ebilities pty ltd, and they combine a wide range of private sector and government consulting experience with qualifications in psychology, education, health and marketing.
- Mark has a broad background in educational and organizational psychology. He has previously worked as a secondary school teacher and educational psychologist, prior to beginning his business consulting career in 1989. He held roles with two of Australia’s leading organizational psychology providers and has extensive experience in pre-employment screening, competency modelling, assessment centre design and mass recruitment project management.

Her background also includes advertising account management roles within healthcare and general consumer products. Clare holds post-graduate qualifications in marketing and is also a registered physiotherapist.
