What is the gma-2™?

The gma-2 is a two test battery that includes tests of raw thinking power and numerical ability. A test-taker's speed and accuracy on these tests determines their overall general mental ability score.
 

What are the main uses of the gma-2™?

For employers and recruiters, the gma-2 offers a quick, convenient and cost effective way of identifying "high potential" applicants in any recruitment project.

This includes large scale projects where there is a need to sift through high volumes of job applicants. Here, e-bilities customers have the added advantage of being able to test job applicants "at-home", at a time and place that suits the test-taker, thereby saving time and money.

The gma-2 can be also be used in recruitment assignments involving job applicants from non-English speaking backgrounds. Both the gma-2 and the e-bilities test-taker site are available in Chinese, Thai, Indonesian, Korean, Malay and Vietnamese.
