How do I apply to become a Test Manager? You must apply to become a Test Manager by completing the Application Form. The Test Manager is responsible for ordering test credits, choosing suitable tests and overseeing test administration, as well as retrieving results and making recommendations based on test scores.
Are there any restrictions over who can become a Test Manager? To qualify as a Test Manager who has full access to the e-bilities testing system you will need to have relevant qualifications, training and/or experience in conducting and interpreting tests, which may include tertiary studies in Psychology, Counselling, Human Resources or a closely related field, or completion of coursework in test interpretation, psychometrics and measurement theory, educational statistics (or a closely related area), or license or certification from an agency or registration board that requires appropriate training and experience in the use of psychometric tests. Restricted access to e-bilities may be made available to Test Manager applicants on the basis of their qualifications, training and experience.
