Screening for entry level and professional positions The gma-2™ battery can be used for both large and small scale recruitment projects. It includes tests of raw thinking power and numerical ability, and takes around 15 minutes to complete. A gma score is calculated that can be used to rank job applicants. The gma-2 is available in English, Chinese, Indonesian, Korean, Malay, Thai and Vietnamese, and can be taken in-office or at-home at a time and place that suits the test taker. In-depth testing of professional level staff The gma-5™ battery is used for in-depth testing of applicants for professional positions and is ideal for comparing short-listed candidates. It includes tests of novel problem solving ability, word knowledge and quantitative skills, and takes around 40 minutes to complete. A gma score is calculated from the individual test scores. The gma-5 also includes a measure of self-monitoring ability to identify candidates who are over-confident or under-confident in their ability. Managerial and exectutive level testing The gma-f™ battery is useful for assessment of candidates for managerial and senior executive positions.
