e-bilities pty ltd is a privately held company whose core business is the research and distribution of an innovative range of online mental ability tests.

Since its formation in 2004, e-bilities pty ltd has been recognized for developing an industry-leading product by election to membership of the Australian Technology Showcase, an organization formed to promote Australian technologies of excellence to local and international markets.

Mark Cadman and Clare Lewis are the founders and directors of e-bilities pty ltd. They combine a wide range of private sector and government consulting experience with qualifications in psychology, education, health and marketing.

Prior to forming e-bilities pty ltd, they established a track record as leading providers of staff selection products and services, and consulted on a range of high profile projects including the recruitment of thousands of staff for the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games.
