Staffing and HR services provider Ma Foi Management Consultants has entered into a strategic alliance with e-bilities Ply. Ltd, an Australian developer and supplier of online pre-employment screening tests. The online testing system will be available at Ma Foi's network of 82 offices and academies across 48 locations in India.

Mark Cadman, managing director, e-bilities, said the company specialises in testing of general mental ability and delivers the tests in an online format that makes assessment highly accessible and affordable, especially fo large-scale recruitment screening.

K Pandia Rajan, managing director and chief executive officer, Ma Foi Management Consultant Ltd, said, about 10.3 lakh jobs were estimated to be created in 2007 and this is expected to marginally increase next year. About 60% of the jobs are filled through assessment tests, he added. The market for assessment tests in India is worth about Rs 175crore, he said.

Ma Foi also plans to extend its tie with e-bilities to China, south-east Asia and the middle east countries, Pandia Rajan said.
